Billing & Insurance

Little Bridges is currently an out-of-network provider. We are in the process of becoming credentialed with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna.

In the meantime, we except private pay or HSA. If you wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement, we will be happy to provide the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance.

Please note that payment to Little Bridges Speech and Occupational Therapy LLC is due at the time of service. Our office does not guarantee any form of reimbursement from your insurance company

  • At Little Bridges, families know exactly who is caring for their child—and that makes all the difference. As a boutique-style Speech and Occupational Therapy clinic, we provide the guarantee that your child is seen by a consistent, highly trained, specialized and knowledgeable therapist. Our small, intentionally designed setting ensures families build strong, lasting relationships with their therapist, fostering trust, continuity, and truly individualized care.

    Little Bridges is a neurodiversity-affirming clinic that celebrates each child’s unique strengths and ways of learning. Our approach to speech and occupational therapy is highly individualized, using movement, sensory play, and interactive games to support skill development in a way that feels natural and engaging. We work to create a safe, supportive environment—both emotionally and physically—where children feel comfortable, confident, and motivated to participate in the learning process.

  • Services at Little Bridges Speech can be pursued through a referral or independently. We do not require a referral from a doctor or pediatrician for an evaluation. You can contact us directly by:

  • Each evaluation at Little Bridges is thoughtfully tailored to your child’s unique strengths, needs, and the reasons for seeking support.

    Our evaluations typically include:

    • A parent interview to gain a full picture of your child’s abilities and challenges across home, school, and social settings

    • Play-based clinical observations to assess your child in a natural, engaging way

    • Language Sample

    • Standardized assessments or questionnaires, when appropriate

    • Feeding evaluations: direct observation of your child eating and drinking (if able)

    At the end of the evaluation, your clinician will walk you through the preliminary findings. A formal report with a therapy plan will be provided within two weeks of evaluation based on your child’s current profile and goals.

  • Our in-clinic sessions are 30-45 minutes in length. Frequency depends on each individual child's needs, typically ranging from 1-3 sessions per week.

  • Yes! We appreciate the opportunity to connect with families to help them integrate the therapeutic approaches we use into their daily routines.

  • We specialize in early intervention (birth to 3 years) and school aged children.

  • Yes! We are always more than happy to collaborate with other team members to provide the best and most consistent service for our clients.
