Speech Language Pathologist/ Founder
Lisa Baldelli, MS CCC-SLP
Hi, I’m Lisa Baldelli — Speech-Language Pathologist & Founder of Little Bridges Speech and Occupational Therapy, LLC.
For over 20 years, I’ve helped children and families overcome speech, language, and communication challenges with therapy that’s both evidence-based and deeply personal. I hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Emerson College, the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and multiple American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) ACE awards recognizing my dedication to advanced training and lifelong learning.
I’m a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who believes every child is capable of meaningful communication. I have advanced training in autism support (both gestalt language processing and analytic language processing), AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), Apraxia, delayed speech and language, articulation, phonological disorders, and feeding therapy.
I founded Little Bridges Speech and Occupational Therapy to help meet the needs that so families have shared with me through the years. They’ve needed a place where they can feel supported and assured their child’s unique needs are understood. A place where they can be confident their child is being treated by a clinician with advanced training and expertise. And most importantly, a place where connection, play and regulation are prioritized—because they know how essential that is for their child to feel safe and for communication and skill development to occur.
It’s truly my honor to fill this need, and I look forward to helping your child bridge their unique strengths to a future filled with autonomous communication and meaningful connections.

Sarah Hogrefe, OTR/L
Hi, I’m Sarah Hogrefe, a licensed occupational therapist passionate about helping children of all ages build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in everyday life. I earned my Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University and bring 16 years of experience to my work.
I have dedicated most of my career to pediatrics, supporting children with a wide range of diagnoses, including developmental delays, autism, sensory processing challenges, visual impairments, and more. For the past 12 years, I have worked in school settings. I have also worked in Birth-to-Three programs, private pediatric outpatient clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, short-term rehab, long-term care, and home health.
I have extensive experience in fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, activities of daily living, and school readiness skills. I am dedicated to helping children and families grow stronger together. I partner closely with them to create practical, encouraging, and individualized plans that foster independence, well-being, and participation in meaningful activities — meeting each child where they are and guiding them toward their fullest potential.
I believe therapy should be supportive, empowering, and fun. I like to make sessions engaging and goal-focused. I use play-based, purposeful activities and sensory exploration to help children grow in confidence and independence. Believing that therapy is most effective when it’s exciting and collaborative, I strive to make every session a bridge between challenges and new possibilities.
