Play-based, sensory-informed therapy that supports communication, regulation, and connection for children and their families.

Why choose Us?

At Little Bridges, we believe that every child deserves a pathway to connection, confidence, and communication. Our mission is to build those bridges—little by little—through sensory-informed speech, language, feeding and occupational therapy approaches that are tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent children.

Just like bridges span gaps and bring people closer, we help children cross the spaces between where they are and where they want to be—whether it’s finding their voice, mastering motor skills, or feeling safe and regulated in their world.

Through compassion, creativity, a deep understanding of neurodivergent needs and family centered approaches, Little Bridges is where small steps lead to big breakthroughs.

Therapies Uniquely Designed To Achieve Goals

Insurance & Billing

Little Bridges is currently an out-of-network provider. We are in the process of becoming credentialed with Anthem BCBS, Aetna and Cigna. Until that time, we accept private pay and HSA only.

If you wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement, we will be happy to provide you the necessary documentation for submission to your insurance.

Please note that payment is due at the time of service and our office does not guarantee any form of reimbursement from your insurance company.

How it All Works

  • Contact us for a free consultation to discuss your concerns and determine the next steps for you and your child.

  • Our child-centered and individualized services begin with an evaluation that allows us to develop a comprehensive picture of your child's abilities, challenges, and preferences. We also dedicate time to understanding family goals and values to ensure our therapy is meaningful and aligns with each family's preferences and needs.

  • Every session is highly personalized and combines evidence-based approaches with engaging and interactive activities. By focusing on your child's strengths, we will build new skills by engaging all of the sensory systems through movement, interactive games, and play.

  • Celebrating the growth and milestones is a deeply joyful and meaningful journey. Each step forward—no matter how big or small—is a triumph of perseverance, love, and support. These moments remind us that progress comes in many forms and that every child's path is unique and worthy of celebration. Together, we honor not just the milestones, but the strength and spirit it takes to reach them.
